Anthony Community Garden

The Anthony Community Garden began with a meeting of interested community members at the Women’s Intercultural Center in Anthony, New Mexico in November 2008.  The garden site is a half block from the Women’s Intercultural Center, on land owned by the CDC at 414 St. Anthony.  Garden ground was broken in December 2008.  Since this time, a small but dedicated group of women and youth have been working to prepare the site for spring planting.  There will be space for 10 families to come together, learn, and garden by March 2009.
